CARD SPECS
Our Metal Cards in Gold, Silver and White are available in the following specs:
Size : 54mm X 86mm

Thickness : ~0.22mm or 0.32mm
~0.45mm
FONT SIZE
To ensure that your text will be readable, please keep any text above 5pt size. Although we can print text smaller size on Metal Cards, text below 5pt in size is difficult to read.
COLOR PRINTING
Color printing is available in Gold, Silver and White Metal Cards. It is possible to print all color to your cards.
All printing are permanent prints.

PICTURE PRINTING
Picture printing in color or black & white is available in Gold, White and Silver Metal Cards.

FRONT & BACK PRINT
If you intend to have a back print, just send us the front and back layout in High resolution layout file.

Full color background for front and back are available (upon checking).

Color printing is available in White, Gold and Silver Metal Cards for front and back print.
It is possible to print all color to your cards.

EMBOSSED NAME OR NUMBERS
If you intend to have name or number to be embossed, send your High Resolution layout with the name or number printed and a High Resolution layout without the name or number.
Provide free space for the embossing of name or number.
FILE FORMAT & FILE NAME
FILE RESOLUTION : All Artworks must be supplied in VECTOR FORMAT or in HIGH RESOLUTION Layout.
No BLUR or Raster images are allowed
ALL FONTS MUST BE CLEAR and COMPLETE.

Bleeding for all side = 2mm
FILE FORMAT : We prefer all files to be supplied in vector format; pdf; ai; ;cdr; eps; tif or in High Resolution jpeg or jpg or psd

All files must be named.
